ABOUT THE GHOMAN FAMILY
The story of the Ghoman Family is one rooted in resilience, entrepreneurship, and a deep commitment to hospitality. It begins with Dajat Singh Ghoman, the grandfather of Amarbir and Harsharan Ghoman, who immigrated to the United States in 1978 alongside his two brothers—one an engineer and the other an Olympic athlete. With a strong work ethic and a vision for opportunity, he laid the foundation for what would become a multi-generational legacy built on service, leadership, and community.
Following the passing of Amarbir and Harsharan’s father, Master Harbhajan Singh Ghoman, in 1998, their grandfather made the life-changing decision to bring them to the United States. Under his guidance, the brothers were introduced to the hospitality industry and taught the values of hard work, integrity, and guest-focused service. After completing their college education, Amarbir and Harsharan took their first entrepreneurial step by opening a small pizza restaurant in Nashville, Tennessee—an experience that helped shape their passion for hospitality and business growth.
From those early beginnings, the Ghoman Group was born and has since grown into a respected name in hotel ownership, management, and restaurant development. Today, the Ghoman Family continues to expand its footprint across the hospitality industry, driven by the same principles established decades ago. With the fourth generation now actively involved in the business, the family remains poised for an even brighter future—honoring its past while building the next chapter of its legacy.
