The Ghoman Group continues to invest in the future of Boone County with the ongoing expansion of Lebanon Gateway, a mixed-use hospitality and dining destination designed to serve both travelers and the local community.
The recently completed Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lebanon Gateway is now open and welcoming guests, marking the first completed phase of a long-term development strategy that will continue to bring new hospitality, dining, and employment opportunities to Lebanon. Conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate 65 and State Road 32, the 95-room hotel offers Marriott’s trusted accommodations and modern amenities for business travelers, families, sports teams, and visitors exploring central Indiana.
Building upon the success of the Fairfield Inn, The Ghoman Group has already begun construction on the next phase of the development—21st Amendment Tavern & Table, an original restaurant concept created and developed in-house.
Designed to be much more than a traditional restaurant, 21st Amendment Tavern & Table will offer an elevated yet approachable dining experience centered around handcrafted American cuisine, premium burgers, artisan pizzas, fresh salads, signature sandwiches, and chef-inspired entrées. Guests will also enjoy an extensive selection of bourbons, craft beers, wines, and handcrafted cocktails in an inviting atmosphere that blends modern design with timeless hospitality.
The restaurant has been carefully envisioned as a gathering place for both local residents and hotel guests, featuring indoor and outdoor dining, comfortable lounge areas, and an energetic yet welcoming environment suitable for business lunches, family dinners, celebrations, and social gatherings.
Looking ahead, The Ghoman Group plans to continue the expansion of Lebanon Gateway with the addition of a TownePlace Suites by Marriott, bringing Marriott’s award-winning extended-stay brand to the development. Designed for guests requiring longer accommodations, TownePlace Suites will feature spacious residential-style suites complete with fully equipped kitchens, flexible workspaces, and amenities tailored to business travelers, relocating families, healthcare professionals, and project teams.
Together, the Fairfield Inn & Suites, 21st Amendment Tavern & Table, and TownePlace Suites will create a fully integrated hospitality campus where visitors can stay, dine, meet, and relax in one convenient location. The development reflects The Ghoman Group’s commitment to creating destinations that not only enhance the travel experience but also contribute to the long-term economic vitality of the communities they serve.
“Our goal has always been to build more than hotels,” said Amarbir (Alex) Ghoman, Principal of The Ghoman Group. “We strive to create destinations that become part of the community—places where travelers feel welcome, residents gather with friends and family, and local businesses can thrive. Lebanon Gateway represents that vision, and we’re excited about what the future holds.”
The continued expansion of Lebanon Gateway reflects The Ghoman Group’s confidence in the City of Lebanon and Boone County as one of Indiana’s fastest-growing markets. By combining nationally recognized hospitality brands with thoughtfully developed original concepts, the company is creating an experience that serves both visitors and the local community while generating new employment opportunities and supporting continued economic growth.
As additional phases move forward, Lebanon Gateway will continue to evolve into a premier hospitality destination that exemplifies The Ghoman Group’s philosophy of thoughtful development, long-term investment, and lasting community partnerships.
