The Ghoman Group is proud to announce that we have secured franchise approval to bring a JW Marriott hotel to the heart of downtown Louisville, Kentucky. This flagship project will reimagine the historic Fifth Third building into a world-class luxury hotel experience, anchoring one of the city’s most dynamic and walkable districts.
Perfectly situated adjacent to 4th Street Live! and offering sweeping views of the Ohio River, the future JW Marriott Louisville will set a new standard for elevated hospitality in the region. The hotel will feature 418 elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites designed for comfort and sophistication, as well as 15,056 square feet of flexible meeting and event space — including a stunning 6,043 square foot ballroom ideal for weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
Guests and visitors alike will enjoy a variety of upscale dining options, with five thoughtfully curated restaurant spaces — including select national concepts — and a signature rooftop bar that will provide breathtaking skyline and riverfront views. The property will also include 954 square feet of retail space, contributing to a vibrant and activated street-level experience.
